Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Policy for Small Items:
Customers have the right to return or exchange any product ordered through the website, except for the following items:

Towels
-
Compressed products
-
Pillows
-
Clearance items
This is allowed for any reason, provided that the product is unopened and in its original condition, and the request is made within 7 days from the date the customer received the product.
The store is not responsible for any missing or damaged items if more than 7 days have passed since the customer received the order.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request (Small Items):

Contact the customer service team via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

A shipping label will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email.

The shipment must be repackaged and delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company, along with the provided shipping label.

The customer is responsible for a return or exchange fee of 40 QAR.
How to Cancel or Modify an Order Before Receiving It (Small Items):

The customer must refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery.

The customer service team will contact all customers whose prepaid shipments have been returned to our warehouse.

For exchanges, a fee of 40 QAR will apply.

For returns, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction.
Return and Exchange Policy for Bundles (Packages):

Customers can return or exchange any bundle/package within 7 days of receiving it for any reason, provided they cover the shipping cost of 40 QAR.

Note: It is not possible to request the return or exchange of a single item from a multi-item bundle.
Return Processing Time:
Return requests are processed within 5 to 15 business days.
Important Notes:

If the returned shipment is not properly packaged, it will be sent back to the customer, who will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

If the shipment is returned to us and the customer requests it to be re-shipped:

First re-shipment: No additional fee will be charged.

Second return and re-shipment: A fee of 40 QAR will be charged.

If the customer cancels the order after the second return, 40 QAR will be deducted from the refund amount.
